Kislay Banka is a partner and CPA in our firm’s Santa Clara office. Kislay chose to become a CPA because it was natural progression from the career he chose in high school. He was passionate about tax and accounting from his early days and wanted to establish his career in this field.

A Corporate Solutions-Provider

Kislay specializes in working with medium to large-sized corporations. He truly enjoys the opportunity to meet with leadership at client companies and get to learn about their businesses. His favorite thing is to help provide solutions to client challenges. Kislay’s favorite practice areas are corporate tax, international reporting, and M&A services. Kislay is also actively involved with social and networking organizations. He is a board member of Pratham Silicon Valley chapter, TiE charter member and CFO of Sevathon.
