Chugh CPAs LLP is a Multinational Corporation with multiple offices in the United States. We are looking for a CPA to facilitate the firm’s local and International Tax and Accounting needs. Established in 2014 and started doing business in January 2015 currently has 60-65 employees (CPAs and Accountants) with a projected gross revenue of over $6.00 Million.

Job Summary:

  • Perform Audit, Review and Compilation of Financial statements of various business entities
  • Prepare Audited financials of 401k and other Employees’ Pension plans of the business entities
  • International tax compliance and planning
  • Multi-state Income, Sales and property tax
  • Prepare tax-returns – individual, corporation, partnership, non-profit
  • Prepare payroll returns – quarterly
  • Prepare business property tax
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • 401 k Audit of Non-Public Companies
  • Perform Valuation of Non-Public Companies

Education and Experience:

  • Must have a U.S. Bachelor or Foreign equivalent in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field. Experience or Masters in related field is an added advantage.

  • CPA License is a must for CPA position but not mandatory for an Accountant position.
