Kislay Banka is an Accountant with the firm. He services closely held corporations and individuals in tax planning and filing of income tax returns. He is also involved in corporate matters, bookkeeping, compilation and review of financial statements, and setup of accounting systems for clients. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Banka worked as a Financial Analyst and has experience in accounting, compilation, review, tax planning and preparation of corporate and individual tax returns. He has also worked for a supply chain event management company as a Systems Analyst in the Bay Area, where he provided SAP based SCEM Solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Banka is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of California and a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, India. He is also a Sun Certified Java professional and holds a Diploma in software development.
