Jagrut Shah is a member of the tax team in the firm and is involved with audit reviews and compilation of engagements. He prepares and reviews financial statements, federal & multi-state tax returns for corporate and non-corporate client and performs tax planning for domestic and international entities. He has successfully represented clients against various IRS and State audits. He is also involved with corporate compliance and corporation set up. Jagrut is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Delaware & California, a Chartered Accountant from India, and an Enrolled Agent to practice with the IRS. He is a member of the California Society of CPAs.
