Rajesh Ghimire is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 14 years of experience since March 2012 in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory services. He holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree in Accounts & Finance from India, where he graduated as the top-ranked student in his program. 

Starting his career as an Audit Intern in 2012, Rajesh has built extensive expertise across audit, accounting, and tax advisory, providing clients with strategic solutions that support compliance, risk management, and business growth. His experience includes statutory and external audits, tax audits, financial reporting, financial planning, financial modeling, and share valuation.

Rajesh possesses in-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS, Indian GAAP (IGAAP), and CARO regulations. He specializes in multi-state taxation, international tax compliance, and corporate tax strategy, helping businesses navigate complex federal, state, and cross-border tax requirements while optimizing tax efficiencies.

His expertise includes preparing federal and multi-state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals, advising on tax-efficient transaction structures, and mitigating financial risks.
