Rupali Mundada truly loves her work as a certified public accountant (CPA). She gets to use her analytical and client service skills to learn about a client’s business and build long-term relationships with the team. But no matter the client, all of them have the same goal when it comes to taxes: Saving money. Rupali is driven to help her clients achieve this goal while still complying with applicable laws.

For Rupali, being a CPA has always provided ample learning opportunities. Says Rupali, “While I’ve gained the experience to tackle a wide variety of problems, I will still never say that I know everything.” Her job scope is broad. Rupali loves that she gets to apply her knowledge to helping clients from many parts of the world to optimize their businesses.

Since childhood, Rupali was exposed to entrepreneurship through her family. This early experience helped her to understand that accounting goes beyond just entering numbers to encompass providing real and meaningful insight to client businesses. Along with her skills at saving money, Rupali knew that accounting would give her the opportunity to make a difference.
